Find valid log_g values in the Phoenix catalog.

Note

Takes time to run because it has to find the gaps by parsing the headers of individual data files in the catalog.

Returns:

valid_gdict

Dictionary mapping (t_eff, metallicity) to a list of valid log_g values.

uniq_metallicitylist

Unique metallicity values in the catalog.
